Doppstadt

to grind, shred and screen tough C&D waste materials.
Primary material shredding is handled by a single-shaft,
slow-speed, high-torque unit. As ungrindables material
enters the mill, our variably pressurized comb will
engage to allow harmless passage of tramp metals
and other potentially damaging material. Low wear
costs, low noise, and low dust emissions make Doppstadt
brand equipment easy, comfortable and efficient
to operate. |

The
full line of Doppstadt shredders can be
powered with either diesel or electric plants,
and offer an output range of 157–610
hp for a wide range of reduction needs. Available
as tracked, wheeled or skidded units, this
variety and flexibility ensures the most effective
product for your application. Further, our
shredders offer seven ways in which operators
can control and adjust final product size,
and also provide for easy maintenance with
features such as bolt-on teeth, central lubrication
points, and reversible fans. |

The
revolutionary ‘Kombi’
incorporates slow-speed shredding and high-speed
grinding in a single unit. Pre-shredded in
a slow speed, and finished in the high speed,
final product can now be generated in a single
pass. With its powerful permanent magnet engaged
before the high-speed stage, the Kombi is
also an ideal product for efficient processing
of highly contaminated material. |

Trommel
screen performance has been dramatically
improved by Doppstadt products. The patented
load-sensing device ensures maximum utilization
of the entire screening area, resulting in
a higher screening yield. Optional, hydraulically
operated stone grid or vibration screen can
further expand the trommel’s capabilities.
The SM
720 model even provides the ability to
create three products with an optional second
side discharge conveyor. |
